Indivisible Spicewood is a grassroots organization of neighbors that mobilizes the power of our community to fight for and engage in the democratic process through educational events, get-out-the-vote drives, organized demonstrations, and sustained efforts to hold our leaders accountable. 

We are under the umbrella of Indivisible, a national foundation, that was founded in 2016 out of a deep concern for the state of our democracy and a recognition of the urgent need for grassroots activism. The founders, Ezra and Leah, began teaching Americans how to fight for our democracy. 

 Nestled between urban Austin and the rural Texas Hill Country, we celebrate Spicewood’s unique character. We are dedicated to creating a welcoming and connected space where people can share their stories and deepen their bonds.​

 In solidarity, we come together from all walks of life to empower, support, and resist.  We help each other access events, mobilize, and engage in the democratic process.  We hold our leaders accountable when they fall short of their duty to the people.  And, just as importantly, we create a space for laughter, joy, and connection.
