Take a calming breath and slowly identify the following:
5: Sight - Identify five things you can see around you.
4: Touch - Focus on four things you can touch.
3: Hearing - Listen to three distinct sounds.
2: Smell - Notice two different smells.
1: Taste - Identify one thing you can taste (if possible).
